Lean Vitality Support Group

You can sign up as either a participant or a facilitator. The facilitator's role is a big responsibility and should not be taken lightly. However, if you’re prepared to lead a group of like-minded individuals through the Lean Vitality Course, we will provide you with everything you need to succeed!

Facilitators will need to submit an application in order to qualify. When applying, you will be given the option to register your own group, typically consisting of friends and acquaintances. Alternatively, you can sign up without a group, and one will be assigned for you once we have enough participants. Either way, you’ll be on this journey together and likely become good friends in the end.

Prescriptions, labs, and blood work are a big part of the Lean Vitality Program that can only be handled by licensed healthcare professionals. We can also help you navigate insurance coverage.
